Upcoming Fee Update Effective January 1, 2026

To continue providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based mental health care, we will be updating our therapy fees effective January 1, 2026. Our fees have remained unchanged for the past two years, and this adjustment supports the rising operational costs, ongoing clinical training, and our commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

What is changing: Session fees for individual therapy, couple therapy, and family therapy will increase as of January 1, 2026. The new fee schedule will be listed on our website and applied to appointments booked on or after this date.

Existing appointments: All sessions booked and completed on or before December 31, 2025, will be billed at current rates. Sessions on or after January 1, 2026, will be billed at the updated rates. If you have questions about how this update may affect you, please speak with your therapist or contact our administrative team so we can explore options together.

With over 10 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, I provide online therapy, counselling, and coaching in English and Farsi for adults, couples, families, immigrants, refugees, and high-functioning professionals across Ontario. I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with a Medical background, with training in trauma treatment, ADHD, DBT, EMDR, CBT, and PACT-based couples therapy.

My clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, PTSD, motor vehicle accident trauma, complex and childhood trauma, relationship challenges, couples therapy, communication difficulties, parenting stress, immigration and cultural adjustment, men’s mental health, workplace stress, burnout, and emotional regulation.

My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and depth-oriented. I help clients look beyond surface symptoms and better understand the emotional patterns, thoughts, relationships, and life experiences that may be keeping them stuck. In therapy, we work together to reduce distress, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and support meaningful change in daily life.

I believe therapy should offer a respectful, private, and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and guided with care.
